Biography: Delane Bruce
Delane Bruce was born and raised in the tri-county area of
Medina, Atascosa & Bexar counties. She can trace
her lineage back to the colonists who came over with Henri
Castro and founded Castroville, LaCoste and D'Hanis. After
high school, she attended Texas Women's University in Denton
on a gymnastic scholarship. She finished her Bachelor
of Arts degree-minor in General Business- in Communications at
the University of Texas at San Antonio. Delane earned her
Realtor designation and real estate agent license in March
of 2004.
Her father, Bruce Anderson, has been building custom homes
in the tri-county area for almost 50 years. "I am so blessed
to have been able to work with my mom, Mary Anderson, & my
dad for the last 15 years. He is a great teacher. Real Estate & home-building
go hand-in-hand."

Delane has four daughters, Krystan, Kendra, Karissa and Kaleigh.
They have worked with her on the Beef Committee at the San
Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo, where she is a Life Member.
She led the 4-H volunteer school landscaping project as well
as founding a Living Memorial.
Delane has worked hard to earn & keep a reputation
of trustworthiness and professionalism. She looks forward
